Empreendedorismo em fase inicial: Erros e Dilemas
Não é porque você tem um negócio que você pode se considerar um empreendedor.
Empresário, administrador, “fazedor de coisas”, aventureiro… Há vários termos que podem se encaixar perfeitamente com o que você anda fazendo na direção do seu negócio.
Para que você entenda melhor onde está, primeiro quero definir o conceito de empreendedor:
1 – Empreendedor
É aquele que sabe identificar as oportunidades e transformá-las em uma organização lucrativa. O empreendedor é aquele indivíduo que é criativo, inovador, arrojado, que estabelece estratégias que vão delinear seu futuro.
Ou seja, o empreendedor é visionário e está sempre com a mente no futuro, buscando estratégias para crescer.
2 – Você se encaixa neste perfil?
Talvez você seja apenas um “fazedor” de coisas. Aquela pessoa que é muito boa em algo e resolveu abrir um negócio e fica horas a finco se matando para produzir e vender.
E se você fosse montar um organograma da sua empresa, seu nome estaria nele de ponta a ponta.
Ou seja, você não é empreendedor, nem administrador. É um fazedor de várias coisas e acaba desperdiçando energias em coisas que não são a sua expertise.
Quando seu negócio está em fase inicial de desenvolvimento, é normal que você se sobrecarregue com tarefas. Mas com o passar do tempo, é necessário iniciar contratações. E para isso, seu negócio precisa estar com a documentação em dia.
E se você nega a fase da legalização, pera lá… definitivamente isso não é empreender!
Você sabia que contratar um contador agora é muito mais fácil?
Sabia que existem sites que oferecem serviços mensais a partir de 89 reais?
Não há motivos para adiar a legalização do seu negócio. Não tem como se desenvolver estando ilegal, pois isso pode bloquear muitas portas para você como empresa.
3 – Já legalizou seu negócio. E agora?
Agora, se você está legalizado e já começou a contratar pessoas, mas não vê seu negócio se desenvolvendo, talvez o que esteja em falta é a administração.
Quando as pessoas resolvem abrir um negócio pensando em vender sua expertise ou seu talento, raras vezes pensam que é importante entender de gestão. E é aí que entra a gestão de tempo, a gestão financeira, a gestão de pessoas…
Não dá para crescer sem entender como administrar recursos internos.
Concluindo…
E para isso você pode contratar um consultor, visitar um órgão competente para obter ajuda necessária e até mesmo buscar um curso que possa te mostrar como gerir seu negócio da melhor forma.
Mas é claro sem deixar que se desvie do seu proposito real e para isso, eu te pergunto:
- Que parte do seu negócio o seu coração está?
- Que parte do seu negócio você não abre mão de estar presente, de deixar sua marca, seu jeito de fazer?
- Que parte do seu negócio, mesmo com uma equipe grande e estruturada você não abriria mão?
Bom, a sua resposta é a área que você precisa direcionar sua energia para que o seu negócio jamais perca autenticidade, todo o resto pode e deve ser delegado a pessoas aptas a executar tarefas.
Quando você entende que é necessário delegar e administrar, aí você já pode começar a pensar em empreender.
